Former Charlotte Hornets owner Michael Jordan and Miles Bridges
Music and basketball go hand in hand and several star players have taken tried to show off their talents. Most recently, the success of LiAngelo Ball and his first single ‘Tweaker’ has given hopes to many in the NBA that they can bring their creativity out. One of the players to follow that path is Miles Bridges.
The Charlotte Hornets star had streamer N3on over at his house. While recording the live stream, Miles Bridges showed off his house and talked about how he has matured over the years as a player. He showed off the posters of himself and then, they sat down to casually chat on the live stream.
N3on has had former NBA star Patrick Beverley on one of his streams in the past. Continuing with the theme of NBA stars, he must have contacted Bridges to record the stream. During the discussion, they got into talking about rap and how recently LiAngelo Ball’s track has blown the industry. He then showed off his creation.

Miles Bridges clarifies Michael Jordan diss
That is when it dawned to many on social media that at the time, Michael Jordan was still the owner of the Charlotte Hornets. Therefore, he essentially wrote the lyrics as a diss to his then boss. But then, Bridges caught wind of this discourse and came out with a post on X that read.
He added a couple of laughing emoticons at the end of that message, trying to suggest that he is not the one that preferred Kobe Bryant over Michael Jordan. He might be taking it jokingly to try and deflect the narrative.
That wasn’t me that said Kobe over Mike that was Skilla 🤣🤣

But fans still think that he was taking a shot at his former boss. Along with his past history with domestic violence, fans in general were not happy that a player who hasn’t accomplished anything created a diss track attacking the NBA’s GOAT.
Jordan might have pocketed billions from his sale of the Charlotte Hornets. But he still has a big enough impact on the game where his fans might do the talking for him. There may be a reason why the Hornets star has not released the track.
