“Out you f**king go!”: Aaron Boone fabricating trivial record for being dismissed as a manager

Aaron Boone
The Yankees are in chaos and Aaron Boone has been watching a lot of terrible baseball recently. He apparently reached his breaking point on Sunday at Tropicana Field during the team’s 2-1 victory over the Rays when he was dismissed for contesting a catcher’s interference call on Kyle Higashioka in the bottom of the fifth with the Yankees leading by one run.
Aaron Boone and the Yankees were already miffed by a call in the top of the inning when DJ LeMahieu popped out and they believed the ball had touched the screen behind the plate before Christian Bethancourt had gotten a hold of it. After the play was officially challenged by the Yankees, they were unable to request a review when Taylor Walls was given first base due to catcher’s interference.

Aaron Boone seems vexed with the Yankees

Nobody is pleased with the team’s performance, not even manager Aaron Boone, who was removed after having a foul-mouthed outburst following a questionable catcher’s inference ruling in the bottom of the fifth.
Aaron Boone received criticism for allegedly “wasting” the Yankees challenge on a DJ LeMahieu pop out to the catcher, which Boone incorrectly believed had touched the net. Boone asked the umpiring staff to review the play, though, on second thought. As a result, the Yankees were denied their right to review the call of catcher interference.
Nevertheless, Boone dropped at least two f-bombs, and the third one most certainly resulted in his expulsion. The Yankees’ manager has now been dismissed seven times this season, which is a record for managers.
