Adeiny Hechavarria started dating the swimsuit model Alison Bowles in 2017, their relationship began when Adeiny was skipping from the Miami Marlins to the Tampa Bay Rays. Two years later, the former Major League Baseball player took an important decision to sit on one knee and propose to his girlfriend Bowles.

Of course! The answer was YES! Which was also clear through the big five-carat engagement ring. Adeiny Hechavarria has hopped, skipped and jumped through as much as 7 different league teams in the Major League Baseball, but did not faulter in his relationship, 5 years of commitment towards a single person.

Unfortunately, the fate took a different turn in 2020, Adeiny Hechavarria joined the Japanese baseball league and Alison travelled to many countries, so there was little time to see each other.

TMZ Sports reported that they have decided to go their separate ways as Bowles told the outlet they rarely saw each other with their respective careers, which factored into the breakup.

Adeiny Hechavarria currently playing for the Chiba Lotte Marines in Japan, while Bowles travels all over the world for modelling and her side gig as an influencer. They both ran a lifestyle site together known as WanderInHeels.com. COVID restrictions overseas prevented the couple from seeing each other for 9 months.

They eventually reunited in the Maldives last November. “Together again ❤️ nine months apart is too long!” Alison Bowles wrote on Instagram at the time. She has been featured in Maxim, Forbes and Allure, participated in Miami Swim Week last month, and most recently took part in New York’s swim event.

“I haven’t seen him play in real life since the Braves playoffs in 2019, and I think I saw one game in spring training in 2020,” Adeiny Hechavarria’s former fiancée Alison Bowles told The Post at the end of 2021. “It is really sad, especially because with his career, it doesn’t last forever and I want to be part of it, but with COVID, I haven’t been able to do that.”
