“Great to be back”: Derek Jeter indicates towards a comeback to Major League in some fashion

Derek Jeter indeed loves to be a part of baseball, he recently added in an interview that he would like to come back in one or the other way. Although The New York Yankee legend made a few foggy statements regarding his return, but that was just enough to get the fans excited.
ESPN is all set to debut the seven-part documentary series on Jeter entitled The Captain. There were a few questions and answers that got the attention of the media, out of which one was about the rift that took MLB by storm between Derek Jeter and Alex Rodriguez and the other being if Jeter will make a return to baseball or the MLB.
“I love the game — I really do love the game,” Derek Jeter said giving good grounds for expecting . “I think it’s the greatest game in the world. So yeah, at some point, I’m sure I’ll do something.”
“It’s just like the statement I made, I think that the direction of the organization had changed and that was not what I had signed up for and you know you have to believe in the direction, especially if you are going to be the forward face,” Derek Jeter said.

Derek Jeter says Alex Rodriguez doesn’t deserve his friendship
Derek Jeter recently served as CEO of the Miami Marlins but stepped down in February. Because of disagreements within the front office, he decided to move on. He might be interested in coming back with some or the other role to be a part of the game he loves.
Derek Jeter explained how he felt utterly disappointed with the turn out of his friendship with Alex Rodriguez, “In my mind, he got his contract, so you’re trying to diminish what I’m doing, maybe to justify why you got paid. When you talk about statistics, mine never compared to Alex’s. I’m not blind.”
“But then it goes back to the trust, the loyalty. This is how the guy feels. He’s not a true friend, is how I felt. Because I wouldn’t do it to a friend.”
