There are certain names that must pop up in your head when one talks about MLB superstars or young hitters, Yordan Alvarez been there lately? There are plenty.

Juan Soto, Ronald Acuña Jr., Fernando Tatis Jr., Vladimir Guerrero Jr. and so on are a few names that come to one’s mind but sooner or later Houston Astros’ Yordan Alvarez could be looking to gradually move up that list. Yordan is only 24-years-old but he’s hitting the ball better and with great passion from the time he’s stepped into Major League Baseball.

Alvarez has 17 home runs, a 1.025 OPS and a 195 wRC+, which is right at the top of the league next to Aaron Judge and means he’s been just about twice as good as a usual big-league hitter with the league average being 100.
