The name of Alex Rodriguez has continued to dominate internet searches. The MLB legend’s various love interests have been a key reason for it. His current Jaclyn Cordeiro has now become the center of attention. While her relationship with Rodriguez has been observed closely by many, the duo were recently spotted together at a casino event. She would later share a photo of her along with A-Rod and NFL legend Tom Brady.
Brady, along with several celebrities including A-Rod’s ex-fiancee Jennifer Lopez, were present at a criminal justice reform event. The event saw a star-studded list of guests make an appearance at the first reform casino night. This event was hosted by the REFORM Alliance, a non-profit government organization (NGO).
As the event unfolded, the stars could be seen having a great time and having a laugh. During this event, Cordeiro was seen having a blast as well as he spent time with A-Rod. The duo would be seen taking pictures with Brady and NBA legend Kevin Hart. The fitness trainer later shared this update on her Instagram account and wrote “Surrounded by amazing people for an amazing cause,” while sharing a picture of her, A-Rod, and Brady.
How much money was raised in this fundraiser event?
Fundraisers as the name suggests are events designated to raise money for social causes. The REFORM Alliance has organized several fundraisers in the past to donate them to those in need. This casino night event was attended by some of the biggest names in the world. So it would be no surprise that this event would raise a lot of money.
As per Michael Rubin, the host of the event, the first casino night raised a whopping $24 million dollars in one night. This has made it one of the most successful events they have ever hosted. He would share this update through his official X (formerly called Twitter) account.
“Last night we raised nearly $24 million making our inaugural Casino Night one of the most successful fundraisers ever,” he said while thanking the stars for their support during the event. “Will be able to significantly scale their impact in more communities and transform millions of lives,” Rubin further added.
The event hosted at the Atlantic City’s Ocean Casino Resort eventually turned out to be a success. This is however not the first time Rubin has hosted such marquee events. In 2021, he hosted a Fourth of July celebration gala. Alex Rodriguez was present there as well along with MLB Commissioner Rob Manfred.
