Major League Baseball recently announced the Players of the Month for American League and National League and the fans on twitter do not have mutual feelings. Alex Bregman (Amercian League) and Nolan Arenado (National League), the two third basemen were named Friday as the Players of the Month presented by Chevrolet for August.

The Major League Baseball fans do not seem delighted by the names that presented by Chevrolet as according to them one of the top 3 performers for the month of August were Aaron Judge of the New York Yankees, Paul Goldschmidt of the St. Louis Cardinals and Pete Alonso of the New York Mets.

Aaron Judge is the New York Yankees All-Star and potential AL MVP winner, he continued to put together strong numbers for the Yankees in August. Paul Goldschmidt could potentially be holding onto the Triple Crown Award in 2022, he has been more impressive at the plate in August while entrenching himself atop the NL MVP Award list.

Then steps in Pete Alonso, who is currently batting .268 on the year with 30 home runs to go along with 102 runs batted in, 236 total bases and an On Base Percentage mark of .347 across 123 games played.

Major League Baseball- Alex Bregman, won American League Player of the Month honors in August 2019, he entered last month with a .773 OPS on the season but produced a .362/.452/.681 slash line with seven homers, nine doubles, 17 walks, 22 RBIs and 27 runs scored in 27 games during the month.

Whereas, on the other hand, Nolan Arenado, the National League Player of the Month for April, started off August by going deep in six of his first 10 games and didn’t slow down from there. Overall, he posted a .365 average with nine homers, 12 doubles, 29 RBIs and a 1.139 OPS over 27 games.

Alex Bregman had an outstanding month of August, leading the AL in OPS (1.133), slugging percentage (.681) and runs scored (27), while ranking third in on-base-percentage (.452), tied for third in RBI (22), fourth in batting average (.362) and tied for fourth in home runs (7).
