“NO fu**ing way” Manny Machado annoyed with Angel Hernandez’s call, strikes out on hit-by-pitch

Manny Machado was the most recent player to be frustrated by a call made by Angel Hernandez. Angel Hernandez as an umpire has had a very long list of calls that ended in a player’s or a coach’s ejection. But fortunately, upon reviews and slow-motion replays, this call might the one that is far behind the worst one.
On Sunday, San Diego Padres were taking on the New York Mets at Citi Field. During the 6th inning, Manny Machado was hit by a pitch from Drew Smith on his back arm i.e., right arm. According to Manny, he was only checking his swing as the ball came in, on a 0-2 score.
After the agonizing hit, Manny Machado seemed pretty frustrated and started walking towards the first base as he the home plate umpire gifted him first base. Suddenly, the emotions started rising when Drew Smith turned to appeal to Hernandez, he was standing at first base. And the resolution by Angel Hernandez made Machado feel infuriated.

Manny Machado left miserable with what seems to be a right call

Angel Hernandez determined Machado did not check his swing, resulting in a strikeout for the first out of the inning. At that moment, Manny Machado could not believe the call and was left dumb-founded. He removed his helmet and shouted, “No f**king way.”
The fans could see Manny Machado’s facial expression turned within nanoseconds, from a poker face walking to the first base to a stunned expression where he could not belief Angel Hernandez’s call to an extremely angry act when reached the dugout.

San Diego Padres manager Bob Melvin did burst out to defend his player, but replay showed that Machado indeed brought his bat across home plate, therefore the call was justified he swung despite being hit by the pitch. But with the impression Angel Hernandez has upon the fans and players he was immediately trolled on twitter.
“That’s a really good ballclub on the other side,” Machado said after the match. “We’re swinging the bats well, having great at-bats. … He made that one mistake, and we were able to take advantage of it. That’s what good baseball is.”
