Khabib Nurmagomedov says the ball is in Jake Paul’s contract when asked about whether he would sign the boxing sensation to his organization.

Jake Paul has been an absolute phenom in terms of creating hype and putting the spotlight on him wherever he goes. The YouTuber turned boxer absolutely crushed his recent fights in terms of fighting and also in terms of business. The boxer revealed that after going 5-0 in his professional boxing career, he is looking to switch sports and make a move to MMA.

Paul has also been training to become an MMA fighter and he looks to Khabib Nurmagomedov as a real option for his MMA debut. Khabib’s promotion Eagle FC just made its US debut and has been a success. The former champ when asked about signing Jake at the Eagle FC 44, said he is waiting for Paul’s response.

“We offered him, we offered him,” said Khabib to the reporters present at Eagle FC 44. “Now we’re waiting on his answer. If he wants, we here,” said Khabib on his willingness to sign the YouTube star. Jake also has revealed that to train mixed martial arts, he will be collaborating with AKA, Khabib’s gym in San Jose.

Jake is coming off wins against two former MMA champions. The fighter managed to get knockout wins against both, Ben Askren, and Tyron Woodley. Paul’s KO win against Tyron Woodley was awarded the “KO of the Year” by ESPN ringside. The fighter now has decided he will move to MMA.

A major driving factor of Paul’s move to MMA is his feud with the UFC President Dana White regarding the fighter’s pay issue. The fighter is also in talks with other MMA organizations like PFL and Bellator MMA. Do you think we will see Jake in Eagle FC?
