“I’m here 6 days a week”- Kayla Harrison invites Cris Cyborg to her gym to settle their beef

“I’m here 6 days a week”- Kayla Harrison invites Cris Cyborg to her gym to settle their beef

Kayla Harrison and Cris Cyborg

Kayla Harrison is one of the best emerging fighters in the women’s MMA community. However, failing to join UFC has not helped her become a mainstream name as of now. But, a potential fight against Cris Cyborg is certainly a big topic of conversation now.

Kayla Harrison is a former two-time undefeated PFL women’s lightweight champion and Cris is currently the Bellator featherweight champion. Since both the fighters are from different promotions a fight between both of them seems a bit far-fetched. However, Cris feels otherwise and she recently said to MMA Junkie:

Even if she stayed in PFL we can make it happen (as a) cross-promotion. I believe this fight can happen like boxing, have the A-side and the B-side. She’s been fighting for two years on ESPN, but she has (38,000) followers. I don’t think she’s touched the fans a lot. This fight can happen anytime with an A- and B-side. It can be great

As speculated by Cris earlier Ariel Helwani recently Tweeted that Kayla re-signed with her former promotion PFL. Ariel Helwali wrote: “has officially matched Bellator’s offer to Kayla Harrison, I’m told”. Interestingly, Cris reacted to this tweet by Helwani with a few eyes emojis.

This didn’t go well with the former PFl champion. She immediately tweeted tagging Cris that she is ready to hear if Cris really has something to say. SHe gave Cris the options of either replying to her via Tweet or Cris can even come to her gym ATT to settle this issue. Here is what Kayla wrote on his official Twitter handle:

As of now, Cris Cyborg hasn’t responded to Kayla’s tweet. However, it would interesting to see how things unfold in the future for both of these fighters.
