Fransesco Bagnaia

Fransesco Bagnaia, popularly known as Valentino Rossi’s protégé, has come of age in the previous seasons as he has given scintillating performances and deservedly became the runner up in the last season. He will look to better it by one and stand on the highest step of the ladder.

The Italian has been with Ducati for the entirety of his career and Ducati have also returned the favor to give him a lucrative deal till the end of 2024. This could act as a catalyst and motivate the Italian to win the championship for Ducati this year.

Nobody can forget the epic battle he had with Marc Marquez and was able to come out trump in that battle which must gone a long way in the development of the rider as that would have instilled confidence in him.

The Italian also went on to win three more races in the season and cemented P2 for the season as Yamaha rider Fabio Quartararo became the worthy champion but that does put Bagnaia in the mix for the next year.
