After weeks of teased and vignettes, Motor City Machine Guns finally made their debut on SmackDown last night. With the immense support of the WWE Universe, they even managed to capture a huge victory on their first night. Following the show, they sent a message and expressed their feelings about the experience they had on SmackDown.

Speaking on SmackDown LowDown, Chris Sabin of MCMG said that it was a dream come true for them to perform in a WWE ring. He added that it was hard to comprehend that they are about to become the #1 contenders for the WWE Tag Team Championships sooner rather than later. Therefore, as of now, they are on cloud nine while fondly looking at the future.

It’s a goal accomplished for us. It might have taken over 20 years to get here and to get to this position, but being one match away from being #1 contenders for the WWE Tag Team Championship? That’s pretty crazy. Just saying it out loud kinda blows my mind a little bit.

MCMG defeated Legado Del Fantasma and A-Town Down Under in their first ever match in WWE. They had an impressive performance, impressing the audience with their in-ring skills throughout the match. Now, next week, they are set to face #DIY, where the winner will go on to lock horns with The Bloodline for the WWE Tag Team Championships.

After winning several championships in TNA, it is going to be interesting to see what their future in WWE will look like from here on. Needless to say, #DIY will face arguably their toughest challenge next week.
