Naomi breaks silence after devastating loss on SmackDown [via- WWE]
The fourth match of the Women’s United States Championship took place on the latest episode of SmackDown. A triple threat involving Elektra Lopez, Naomi, and Tiffany Stratton ended with the latter picking up the win. Moreover, Stratton needed outside assistance from Candice LeRae, who distracted Naomi. The former Women’s Champion wasn’t too happy with what transpired as she vented her frustration on social media.
Taking to X, Naomi indicated that it had not been the greatest of weeks for her. The 37-year-old star mentioned her husband, Jimmy Uso, suffering a broken toe. Additionally, Naomi wrote that she was disappointed with losing yet another title opportunity on SmackDown. This was the second time that Naomi missed out on winning championship gold in a month.
On the November 15 episode of SmackDown, Naomi failed to dethrone Nia Jax for the WWE Women’s Championship. Once again, outside interference from LeRae cost her a golden opportunity. Naomi and her friend, Bayley, have been embroiled in a rivalry with the trio of Jax, Stratton, and LeRae. In fact, the two sides met inside WarGames last weekend, in which Naomi’s team emerged victorious.

Speaking of WarGames, Jimmy Uso was the fan’s MVP in The Bloodline main event. Big Jim performed a frog splash from the top of the cage through a table. However, Jimmy suffered a broken toe as a result of this move. On SmackDown, WWE announced that the former Bloodline member would be sidelined from action for the foreseeable future.
WWE Universe predicts Naomi was behind the attack on Jade Cargill on SmackDown
A couple of weeks ago on SmackDown, Jade Cargill was found brutally attacked on a car windshield. However, the attacker was unknown, with several stars on the roster emerging as possible candidates. Since then, Cargill’s tag team partner, Bianca Belair, has been on the hunt to find the perpetrator.
Belair has approached some of her biggest rivals, including Nia Jax, who denied any involvement in the attack. On the latest episode, The EST targeted Piper Niven, who was also cleared by Nick Aldis. As such, this has led many fans to believe that the attacker was none other than Belair’s friend, Naomi.
As to why she might’ve assaulted Cargill, several fans predicted Naomi did it to somehow bring Bayley into her team for WarGames. Other users online speculate that the former Women’s Champion might’ve grown jealous of the Belair-Cargill partnership. Nonetheless, Naomi could be headed to a major WrestleMania program if she is indeed behind the attack.
