The latest episode of SmackDown featured a Women’s Elimination Chamber Qualifying match between Naomi and Chelsea Green. The match began with The Glow going for a flash pin on the women’s US Champion. However, the latter kicked out in time.

The two women continued brawling, and at one point, Naomi set her opponent up for a heatseeker. However, before going for the move, she pulled up Green’s tights and gave her a wedgie. While this was not enough to put her opponent away, it did make for a hilarious moment for fans to enjoy. Furthermore, the Women’s Tag Team Champion reposted this footage, tagged Matt Cardona, and made fun of the inaugural Women’s United States Champion.

The match continued with Naomi going for a split-legged moonsault, but her opponent rolled out just in time. The latter then countered with a Rough Ryder, but this was unable to get the pinfall as well. The 37-year-old fought back into the match, hit Chelsea Green with a roundhouse kick to set up a split-legged moonsault, and qualified for the Elimination Chamber.

Although Cardona has not replied to this tweet yet, it wouldn’t be too surprising to see the Indy God with a witty remark from him. He and his wife are often protective of each other on social media and unafraid to display how proud of each other they truly are. In fact, Green even went off on a fan who was trying to berate the Deathmatch King on social media.

Naomi asserts her innocence after Jade Cargill’s attacker is revealed on the latest episode of SmackDown

Jade Cargill has been absent from WWE programming for a few months now. She was found brutalized backstage in a parking lot on an episode of SmackDown and hasn’t been since. She was replaced by Bayley in the Survivor Series: War Games match, and Naomi became Bianca Belair’s tag team partner and one-half of the Women’s Tag Team champions.

During the latest episode of SmackDown, Nick Aldis showed some backstage footage to Belair and Naomi. The videotape revealed Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez walking away from the attack site while the Storm was being stretchered away in an ambulance. The former TNA Knockouts Champion reposted this footage and claimed to be innocent in the entire matter.

Now, this obviously does not prove that Naomi is completely innocent. In fact, the videotape only showed Morgan and Rodriguez walking backstage. It did not show them attacking Cargill. Thus, this may be simply because a swerve by WWE and the 37-year-old could be the attacker after all.
