The latest episode of Raw turned out to be quite heartbreaking for Naomi and Bianca Belair after they lost their WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship. However, the Glow seems to be taking the loss in good spirits and is focused on her future goals.
After the latest episode of Raw, Naomi posted a black-and-white photo on her X account of her hugging Bianca Belair. In another post, she said that the EST had told her to keep her head high after the loss. Thus, she is now setting her sights on winning the six-woman Elimination Chamber match on Saturday, the winner of which will get to challenge Rhea Ripley or Iyo Sky for the Women’s World Championship at WrestleMania 41.
Naomi and Belair have had issues with Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez for a few weeks now. Nick Aldis revealed some video footage that featured the 3x Women’s Tag Team Champions walking away from the scene of Jade Cargill‘s attack. This led to these four women constantly harassing each other on weekly TV. Thus, they decided to settle their differences on the latest episode of Raw, with the tag titles on the line.
BB @BiancaBelairWWE told me to keep my head up and that’s what I’m going to do. #WWEChamber bound!

Unfortunately for the babyfaces, this bout turned out to be quite an unfair fight. Dominik Mysterio kept running interferences, caused distractions, and even helped the former Women’s World Champion get her foot on the ropes to break out of a pinfall. The numbers advantage was too much for the former champions. This led to Morgan and Rodriguez winning the match and being crowned the new Women’s Tag Team Champions.
Naomi claims she should have been the first NXT Women’s Champion; still plans to win it
Long before NXT was the developmental brand that fans know it as today, it used to be a game show to find future WWE superstars. Rather than pitting wrestlers against each other in matches, they took part in games like kissing competitions, sumo contests, and even bull riding. Naomi was one of the contestants during season 3 but was eliminated by the eventual winner, Kaitlyn.

Speaking with The Wrestling Classic, Naomi claimed that she should have won that season of NXT. Furthermore, she should have gone on to become the inaugural NXT Women’s Champion as well. That honor later went to Paige, now known as Saraya. Regardless, she was still eyeing singles gold for herself. She also stated that winning the NXT Women’s title is still a goal of hers to this day.
I should have won NXT and I should have been the first [NXT] Women’s Champion. So, that’s on my to-do list.
Naomi on Casual Conversations with The Classic
After NXT got rebranded to a developmental show, the former TNA Knockouts Champion did have two matches for that brand before being permanently called up to the main roster. Despite missing out on the opportunity to become the inaugural NXT Women’s Champion, she has still done well for herself. Naomi is a 2x Women’s World Champion, winning the SmackDown Women’s Championship twice in 2017.
