Kyle Larson, the persistent NASCAR Cup Series driver of the No.5 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 has yet another horrible race at this week’s Atlanta Motor Speedway.

The Hendricks Motorsports’ 29-year-old from California has had 2 of his worst races at Phoenix Raceway as he encountered some mechanical failure leaving him among the DNFs whereas he got caught in a crash at this week’s Atlanta Motor Speedway leaving him at the bottom of the table.

“The good thing is we have a win already,” says Kyle Larson on his Atlanta disappointment

Kyle Larson seems pretty positive about his car and his career after his crash at the Atlanta Motor Speedway as he trusts his Chevy to be one of the fastest and since already winning on the Auto Club Speedway in February, this year.

Kyle Larson added that as he had Denny Hamlin of Joe Gibbs Racing were in the final stage, Larson felt like he was being helped by Denny Hamlin but eventually was let loose leading to a crash between the two drivers dropping them at the bottom of the points table, and Kyle Larson further added saying that it happens in racing and that he knows it wasn’t intentional.

“We were just coming to the end of the stage. He (Denny Hamlin) was just trying to help me get a run down the front stretch. He just got to me in the corner and got me loose. I hate that happened, but it’s a product of this racing and a product of pushing; trying to draft, and get your lane going. Nothing is intentional,” added Kyle Larson.

Kyle Larson is pretty optimistic towards the end of the race as NASCAR heads to the Circuit of The Americas.
