23XI Racing’s Internal Email Chain Exposes “Terrible Businessman” Denny Hamlin

The NASCAR’s charter lawsuit is currently turning many people’s heads in the industry as massive revelations keep arriving one after another. The sport has taken many wins in the case, but 23XI-FRM are adamant on their claims and are not backing down from the fight. Now, in a shocking turn of events, an internal Email thread of 23XI Racing has been revealed to the public, with the people involved reportedly bad-mouthing the team’s co-owner, Denny Hamlin.

NASCAR and FOX Sports recently pleaded the court to keep their private agreements and discussions a secret from the general public when the case goes to public trial on 1st December. Moreover, the charter system has remained a point of argument among many people in the industry. Still, Denny Hamlin and Co. are extremely confident in their claims and are not going to leave the case without a win. However, 23XI Racing might be secretly against Hamlin as text threads of people talking negatively about him surface online.

Michael Jordan, 23XI Racing’s other co-owner, has been great friends with Denny Hamlin for quite some time now. Now, amid the ongoing battle, text and email threads between 23XI Racing and FRM have surfaced online that were released back in August, but people are now taking a deep interest in what the texts actually mean. Among other shocking revelations, there is a chat berating Hamlin and his business ways.

Reportedly, 23XI Racing’s CFO is talking about Denny Hamlin and calling him a ‘terrible businessman’. Further, the CFO claims that Hamlin believes in the ‘dumb’ theory that spending more money would convert into race results and better speed for the team on track. Moreover, the alleged message claims that this fact is only true to a certain extent and claims that the 44-year-old JGR Veteran doesn’t know any better.

Though Denny Hamlin might be one of the more disliked drivers on the grid, he is surely one of the most influential ones. Despite his disappointing title loss in the 2025 season, the fans still hold a certain level of love and respect for him. Even the 23XI Racing’s CFO isn’t ignoring the majorly positive aspects of Hamlin as a racing driver and a co-owner of the team.

The text thread read that Denny Hamlin was indeed a great driver, maybe even one of the best drivers in the history of NASCAR. The CFO appreciated the fact that the JGR veteran was fully driven for the success of 23XI Racing. Moreover, Hamlin was the most aware of how to prepare for a race and execute the best possible strategy on track to achieve the best result possible.

The positives. Denny is a great driver, one of the best of all time. He is completely driven for 23XI to succeed. He knows more about how to prepare to drive a race and how to execute that almost any other driver.

Certainly, Denny Hamlin is one of the most polarizing drivers on the NASCAR grid, one who always seems to stay relevant despite his on-track struggles. The recently leaked email threads from 23XI Racing definitely reveal a shocking aspect of the team’s internal matters.

However, it isn’t exactly shocking as it is often seen that the team’s managing people aren’t always happy with the leader’s financial decisions. Everyone involved in the matter will eagerly wait for 1st December as the case finally goes to trial on that day.
