Dale Earnhardt Jr. is a father to two lovely daughters, Isla Rose Earnhardt and Nicole Lorraine Earnhardt. It certainly isn’t an easy job to raise two daughters of nearly the same age, especially when they are young. Moreover, if one of the daughters has quirky habits like Dale Jr., she can cause a lot of havoc in the house. Per Amy Earnhardt, the younger girl, Nicole, takes after his dad and has his ill habits as well.
Nicole Earnhardt, who was born in October 2020, is at the perfect age to develop her own likes and dislikes in food. The youngest daughter is very particular in what she likes and how she likes it, just like Dale Earnhardt Jr.
Among other demands, Nicole doesn’t like grill marks on her food and wants it to be cleaned before eating. Moreover, she likes to munch on something every five minutes and can acquire snacks by herself now that she is almost six years of age.
Amy Earnhardt funnily revealed how Nicole Earnhardt was quiet and able-bodied and could climb up shelves to pick out the snack she liked. Despite being just five and having a small body, it does not stop her from picking up the snacks from the top shelf. Further, Ms. Earnhardt revealed that Nicole was like a raccoon and dropped trails and hints of food along the way after eating them.
Funnily enough, Nicole Earnhardt closed the door to the pantry and sat inside as long as it took to finish her snacking. The five-year old would also finish the snack in the pantry room and then put the empty snack package back into the box, as if she had never been there in the first place.
She’s quiet and able, and she will get into anything, and she’ll leave a trail of things. She’ll close the door to the pantry, and sit in there, and eat the snacks, and then put the snack packages back into the snack box,

Dale Earnhardt Jr. had similar quirks when he was a little boy and used to pester his parents with his eating and snacking habits. The apple hasn’t fallen far from the tree with Nicole Earnhardt. Dale Jr. had revealed in the past how he would steal money from his father’s change jar. Dale Earnhardt Sr. then had to install locks on doors and other security measures to keep Dale Jr. away from such places.
Amy Earnhardt hilariously revealed that Nicole Earnhardt had all the good looks of her mother. However, her quirks and habits matched up exactly to Dale Earnhardt Jr. Ms. Earnhardt joked that they were in trouble, as their five-year-old is like a mighty little force and was not going to end her tantrums anytime soon. Regardless of her habits, the parents certainly adore her a lot and will always cater to her little demands, as she will soon get old and stop with her silly habits.
