The 2026 NASCAR Cup Series season has witnessed Carson Hocevar becoming one of the biggest stars the sport has and someone the sport should invest in the long-run, with his Talladega win as well as other non-racing moves. But at the same time, he has made majority of the garage his enemies with his aggressive racing style.

Brad Keselowski is one of the most recent enemies he has made, after an over aggressive clash at Darlington and his nonchalant words post0-race that was clearly disrespectful towards the former champion. Ahead of last Sunday’s Charlotte race, the RFK racer was asked about what makes the Chevy driver one of the most irritating racers on the track and he had the perfect answer.

I don’t know, Kelly. It’s hard for me to give a great answer on that because I don’t think about him that much.

Brad Keselowski said at Charlotte.

Then Brad Keselowski gave an answer to the question that according to him was rational. One thing that often keeps Carson Hocevar in the headlines even in his worst days on the track is the intentional accidents he is involved and that what’s makes him personally made at the young No:77 Spire Motorsports Chevy driver.

I have an answer on why he gets under other people’s skin. Yeah, you know, it’s hard. I don’t know that I can’t speak for everyone else. I can speak for myself, which is there’s a lot of intentional accidents that are a big differentiator.

Brad Keselowski told RACER’s Kelly Crandall.

Brad Keselowski gets the perfect retirement advice

The 2026 NASCAR Cup Series season would mark an end of a chapter for Keselowski. He is set to exit RFK Racing as an owner driver. The driver wanted to race five more years, while the team wanted him to take over a competition director role with limited driving.

The difference is goals was too much to overlook, forcing them to split the partnership that started in 2022 and got RFK back on track to going back to their glory days. Since the announcement of the split, there has been different rumors about his future, including retirement speculation.

Ex-racer Kenny Wallace addressed the situation on his YouTube show and gave the No:6 Ford driver the perfect advice. He urged the former champion to race as long as he wanted to settle for the life after racing, as it’s a tough for any athletes to accept their time in the sport is over.

So, is the sport telling Brad Keselowski it’s time to quit? Here’s my advice. Brad, race as long as you want to and get it out of your system

Kenny Wallace said.

The comments from the star racer turned broadcaster are on point, every veteran including Keselowski should take this to heart while planning retirement. It would be interesting to see how everything is going to playout for the ex-champion next year.
