NASCAR is the pinnacle of racing in the US. The sport is not that far behind against behemoths like the NFL and the NBA. Thus, it is not uncommon for fans to witness crossovers between various championships. This time around, RFK star Brad Keselowski tied up with Basketball legend LeBron James for a charitable cause.
LeBron James is no stranger to NASCAR. The NBA icon is a part owner of RFK Racing, via his role at Fenway Motorsports. The Lakers star teamed up with RFK Racing at Michigan International Speedway via the LeBron James Family Foundation. With Brad Keselowski being at the forefront alongside his teammates, Chris Buescher and Ryan Preece.
The foundation sent CeCe Wilson, an Akron high school student to attend NASCAR’s Michigan weekend. Wilson, who aspires to make a career in the sport, was shown the opportunities he could have in the garage apart from becoming a racing driver. Racing is an expensive sport and it is virtually impossible for one to make their way to NASCAR without millions spent in junior categories.
LeBron James uploaded a video showing CeCe Wilson’s experience in Michigan. The high school kid got the chance to see everything up close at RFK Racing, watching the entire weekend right from pitroad.

Brad Keselowski gives advice to first-time NASCAR fans
NASCAR is set for a big weekend. The stock car series is heading to Mexico City for its first-ever race in the Autodromo Hermanos Rodríguez. The track is known for its high elevation, which has raised concerns over NASCAR’s Next-Gen cars. Nevertheless, the race will invite thousands of first-time attendees to the sport.

Considering that many will be witnessing their first NASCAR race live, Brad Keselowski took to X to share some advice. The RFK Racing star gave two main suggestions for anyone heading to the Mexico City circuit. Firstly, Keselowski urged fans to carry ear protection due to the loud engine noise of the race cars. Moreover, he asserted that no one should miss the high-intensity race start, which sets the tone for the entire round.
2 suggestions For any first time fan- 1). Bring ear protection 2). Don’t miss the start of the race when the energy off the field is the highest.

Certainly, the Mexico weekend will be full of action. Fans can expect some extraordinary racing due to the unprecedented track conditions. It is likely that even drivers such as Brad Keselowski might initially struggle to adapt to the conditions. Nevertheless, Keselowski would be hoping to have a solid race and make his way to Victory Lane, granted that he is able to avoid trouble on Sunday.
