The Cup garage is at Dover Monster Mile for the 11th race of the 2024 Cup season. Out of the 36 full-time drivers, one is siting out of the race. Legacy Motor Club has given the keys of No:43 Toyota Camry to Truck Series driver Corey Heim, replacing Erik Jones. The ex-Xfinity Series champion is sidelined because of an injury he suffered due to a crash last week at Talladega.

For racers, seeing someone else driving the car that one meant for them is a really bad feeling. 2012 Cup champion Brad Keselowski highlighted how terrible it is, using an hilarious analogy. The RFK Racing owner-driver pointed out that seeing someone else driving his car would feel like seeing his wife cheating with someone else.

Somebody else driving the car, I mean, I've never seen somebody sleep with my wife, but I imagine I'd be with his life, so, you know, so, terrible feeling.
Brad Keselowski said via Frontstretch.

Legacy MC still hasn’t taken decision on whether Erik Jones would return to racing in the week after Dover as he hasn’t yet heeled. Jones ahead of the race had pointed out that he is getting better every day and is looking to come back soon. Heim on the other hand is using the opportunity to his advantage and is determined to prove his worth.

Brad Keselowski is looking forward to ending his winless streak

After the Erik Jones conversation, Keselowski was asked about Ford team’s winless run so far in 2024 and what is RFK’s approach to it. He pointed out that his priority is to it with RFK and will work hard for it, as they need that good moment.

Yeah, I mean, we just want to win for us. I mean, great, it's for Ford, too, but we're plenty motivated for our own selfish reasons to want to be locked in the playoffs. You know, we've knocked on that door the last few weeks and haven't been able to punch through, but it certainly would be a good moment for us.
Brad Keselowski said.

The former champion has to be more selfish at the moment, as he is not just in the game to end Ford or RFK’s winless streak. He also has to end his personal winless streak with the tea, as he hasn’t won a signal race since leaving Team Penske in 2021.
