2026 NASCAR Cup Series season so far has been marked by the absolute domination of Tyler Reddick. The 23XI Racing driver won four of the six races so far, with dominant runs in all the events. He is currently is P1 in the championship table with a two-win worth point advantage over Ryan Blaney at P2.

The veteran racer’s Toyota teammate Chase Briscoe has shared his thoughts on the No:45 teams’ dominance in an interview with SiriusXM NASCAR Radio. He highlighted how his No:19 car has the same speed as the 23XI car, but the results differ because of the strong performance from the former NOAPS champion.

When it’s your teammate, it’s a little different. He’s in a Toyota, so he has the same opportunities that we do. From a speed standpoint, I feel like we’ve been right there with Tyler. We just haven’t had the results.

Chase Briscoe said ahead of Martinsville race.

Further talking about the point, the veteran highlighted how the upcoming race at Martinsville is going to be significant for Tyler Reddick and rest of the grid. According to Chase Briscoe, if Michael Jordans racer continues his win streak, the whole racing community needs to be worried considering its one of the few tracks the veteran has struggled in the past.

I think this week will be the real test. Martinsville hasn’t really been Tyler’s best track. If he wins there, then I think everyone will need to start paying attention.

Chase Briscoe added via SiriusXM NASCAR Radio.

His TRD teammates record season is an encouragement for Briscoe. Its shows since they are using similar cars and similar equipment’s, there is potential for Joe Gibbs Racing to dominate the sport like 23XI. The ex-SHR racer is working hard to find the moment that will help him get back to winning ways like Reddick.

When it’s someone in the same equipment, it’s actually encouraging because you know they have the same parts and pieces. For me, it would feel different if we were running 20th every week on speed. But I feel like we’ve been right there. We just haven’t been able to get the results.

Chase Briscoe asserted.

Chase Briscoe is not surprised with Tyler Reddick’s early season domination

In the same conversation, Briscoe admitted that unlike many he isn’t that surprised to see the No:45 team winning four races this season. He highlighted how all four of the tracks where Reddick won where the ones he always thrived at. Having the right car for the races favorite tracks is the formula for success in NASCAR.

When you look at this part of the schedule, Tyler Reddick has always been one of the best at these tracks. COTA is arguably his best track. At Darlington, he’s finished second three or four times. So it hasn’t been a surprise to me that he’s winning these races.

Chase Briscoe said.

The JGR racer is on point with the comment and seems to have highlighted how much the racer as well as the 23XI Racing team worked hard behind the scene to make their car more suitable to their best tracks. It would be interesting to see how the reminder of 2026 is going to playout for the Reddick.
