The NASCAR garage had a well-deserved break last week, after nine straight busy race weeks, as part of Easter. Joe Gibbs Racing’s young racer Chase Briscoe was one of the many drivers that used the breaks to have some fun time with his family. He and his wife, alongside their six months old twins made a special appearance in WWE’s Monday Night Raw broadcast.
Chase Briscoe’s visit wasn’t just about watching the Westerling entertainment show and was there to also promote new season of Netflix docuseries “Full Speed.” He was inspired by the intros of wrestlers in the event and how fans went wild seeing those entrances. In a recent interview with SiriusXM NASCAR radio that he wants such pre-race intros for the drivers.
It was honestly amazing to me just how good they are with the fan engagement and just how much of an event it is. So yeah, I was telling the NASCAR guy that we went out there with, I was like, ‘Man, we need to put some of this style of stuff in our like pre-race intros or something.’

He highlighted how every athlete had their own intro song and signature moves to entertaining the fans, making it a supercool experience for him. Briscoe admitted that he cherishes having front row seat to such an impressive show.
Because the fans are just like going nuts when every song comes on. Each guy’s got like his own thing that the crowd does. It was definitely — from that side of things — super cool and just interesting. And apparently it was like the best Monday Night Raw ever everybody was telling me. So yeah, I had a good one for a front row seat to for sure.

Chase Briscoe shares verdict on his current JGR form
The 2025 NASCAR Cup season so far has been a roller coaster ride for Chase Briscoe. He started his year strong, with a P4 finish at Daytona. But he failed to score top 10 finishes in the next four races, before securing another P4 at Homestead. Going into Talladega this weekend, he has momentum on his side with another P4 finish at Bristol.

Talking about this run, Briscoe admitted that he and his crew chief James Smalls has been trying to figure out ways to get the No:19 team back to winning ways. They are encouraged with the strong finishes in the last few races and looking forward to running up front for the upcoming races.
There’s still definitely some little things that I’m still trying to get the feel for, and James (Smalls) is obviously still trying to figure me out as well. So, it’s going to take a little bit of time, but I would say it’s encouraging the finishes and the speed we’ve had. We don’t feel like we’re 100% at all, and we’re still running up front. So, that’s encouraging for sure.
Chase Briscoe said.
The comments from the Joe Gibbs Racing star that he is doing everything they could to get back to winning ways and is waiting for the one game changing moment that will yield them a win as well as a playoff spot. It will be interesting to see how long it would take the No:19 TRD team to do it.
