The 2024 NASCAR season saw the end of Stewart Haas Racing, as the team ceased operations owing to poor performance and financial struggles. The team has either sold or has come to an agreement to sell three of their charters. The one remaining charter will be kept by Gene Haas, with them fielding cars under the Haas Factory Team banner, with Cole Custer as the driver.
The team will operate with support from fellow Ford team, RFK Racing from next season. The 2023 Xfinity Series champion Cole Custer recently talked about how the alliance is going to help his team thrive in the 2025 season. He sees it as an awesome opportunity, as he is convinced Brad Keselowski has made the team an impressive program in the Next-Gen era.
