William Byron went three-wide bottom, didn’t hold his line and shoved the 19 [Truex] into the 12 [Blaney]. The end. Blaney lost his s*** on the radio, that’s a shocker. I think he needs some therapy… I’ve never seen anyone so quiet in person and so wild on the radio. Never. He is the epitome of when you strap on the helmet, it cuts the circulation off.

Ryan Blaney was hoping for a really good day at Darlington

After a tough start to the Goodyear 400, Blaney slowly moved his way up and with the P6 finish on stage-1, he was confident that he would be able to produce a solid race. All this excitement came to a disappointing end as the crash didn’t give him a chance to showcase his skills.

I thought we got pretty good, finally got up to sixth and really made good ground in the first stage. … We had something to work with and I was excited to start the second half of the race and just didn’t get that chance.
Ryan Blaney said.

This might be the reason for the frustration and the NFSW rant by the defending champion. Blaney will quickly move on from the incident as he has to win a race to secure the playoff spot soon. They now have a plan to be inspired from after Keselowski’s win and the team’s further success will depend on how the No:12 team execute from next week.
