The lawsuit will have a lot of consequences including a potential lose causing the end FRM and 23XI. After explaining the motive behind filling the injunction, he pointed out that the team is ready for the outcome of the lawsuit. Theyb have made sure that the 23XI crew will not be affected by the results as they have made sure that they will not let any financial distress come to its employees. The team s determined to make sure that anu blowbacks will be received by the teams not the crew.
Denny Hamlin explains the motive behind filing injunction
The Joe Gibbs Racing veteran driver pointed out that the injunction was filed to stop NASCAR taking their charter as it will be massive irreparable harm. This is because of the fact that there is no point in 23XI winning the lawsuit but not having the charters.
NASCAR will be able to take away the charters as per the current contract, which is only valid till the end of this year. So, the injunction is the most significant part of the lawsuit at the moment for NASCAR as well as the two teams in the legal tussle.
