Noah Gragson has one of the most dramatic career paths of any drivers in the current Cup grid in the last two years. He came into the top-tier as a rookie for Legacy Motor Club in 2023 after finishing P2 in the Xfinity Series.  But his LMC stint didn’t last long after he was let go by the team following a suspension of insensitive social media activity.

He fell into a depression and was even considering ending his racing career amidst this drama. But Noah Gragson stayed true to himself and worked on his racing. He got the much deserved second chance with Stewart Haas Racing and his performance was enough for him convince Front Row Motorsports to sign him. Team owner Bob Jenkins recently explained the special character of Gragson that would be an asset for the them.

The thing I’m most proud of is just the culture (of our organization). It’s a close-knit group and I think the thing that Noah brings is just a new level of excitement. He’s just got contagious energy. Anybody that’s spent five minutes around him can see that.

I remember being at Talladega one time and seeing a guy going down the boulevard on a scooter. I’m like, ‘Who is that guy?’ That’s Noah Gragson. He’s just one of those, for whatever reason, people just relate to him, and he relates well with them.
Bob Jenkins said.

Gragson is a really good signing for FRM as the replacement for Michael McDowell going into the 2024 season. He can bring a new dimension to the team and can also be the long-time investment the team needs.
