NASCAR insider backs Kyle Larson to have a “great shot at winning” 2025 Indy 500
Hendrick Motorsports’ Kyle Larson is set to make another Indy 500 start in the 2025 season and is among the favorite to win.

The 2024 NASCAR Cup season saw Kyle Larson attempting the iconic Double, with the Indy 500 start alongside the Coke 600. But unfortunately, everything went south for him in the labour weekend as rain ruined both races for him. He couldn’t race at Charllotte because of the massive delay at Indy and this subsequently cost him the regular season championship.
Despite the massive drawbacks, Hendrick Motorsports has decided to let Kyle Larson attempt the Brickyard race once more with McLaren. They do have one condition though, the NASCAR recent takes priority regardless of the situation. Now senior NASCAR journalist Jordan Bianchi has discussed the possibility of a Larson win at Indy.
He is really excited about the HMS drivers Indy 500 start and believes it is going to be a great opportunity to win the race. The extra experience with the race gives him an edge next-season. Bianchi believes the No:5 HMS Chevy driver would also have a shot to win the Coca Cola 600 at Charllotte as well.
Ricky Stenhouse Jr. is open to make Indy 500 move like Kyle Larson
Kyle Larson’s NASCAR rival Ricky Stenhouse Jr. in a recent interaction with fans via Instagram stories gave his verdict on potentially racing in the Indy 500. He pointed out that he is open to start the Indy 500, but there is nothing concrete I the radar at the moment.
The ex-Xfinity series champion isn’t the only driver to recently show interest in racing at Indy. Joe Gibbs Racing’s Christopher Bell recently said that he would love to race at Indy 500 for Toyota if they ever return to the series.
