2012 NASCAR Cup Series champion Brad Keselowski has acknowledged NASCAR Truck Series driver Corey Heim as one of the up-and-coming superstars of NASCAR. The Toyota prodigy is currently racing in the sport’s third tier, driving the No:11 Tundra of Tricon Garage after joining the team from Kyle Busch Motorsports in 2023.

Keselowski made the point in a video that was shared on X (previously Twitter) by RFK Racing, the team he co-owns. He was shown opening a new pack of NASCAR trading cards with the enthusiasm of a child. White doing so, he came across Heim’s card and kept on the side as he saw the youngsters’ massive potential.

Corey Heim, up and coming superstar. That one I would put in the corner, that one’s going to be worth something.

Heim was one of the four cards from the pack of Panini America NASCAR trading cards Keselowski saw as worth keeping. Two were of NASCAR Hall of Famer Dale Earnhardt Jr., and the third was of his Ford teammate Ryan Blaney. It was the special 2023 Championship card of the reigning champion of NASCAR.

Heim was one of the most impressive racers in the Truck Series in 2023. He was a contender for the titles throughout the year and made his way to the Championship-4 race with three wins. But his impressive run was overshadowed by his unwanted tussle in the finale with Carson Hocevar, which ruined the whole race.

Going into the 2024 season, his primary goal will be redemption and proving to the garage that he isn’t a dirty driver. He will continue chasing the titles with Tricon, now the flagship Toyota team in the third tier.

Along with the Truck outing, he is set to make selective Xfinity Series outings with Sam Hunt Racing. He drove four races for the team in 2023 and secured a top-10 finish at Dover. He will race in more than four events in 2024, hoping to secure a promotion for 2025.
