Bubba Wallace, the 23XI NASCAR Cup Series racing driver, is all set to return to the Truck Series category of the competition for the upcoming races at Darlington and North Wilkesboro. He will compete in the races for the Tricon garage racing team and mark his return to the competition after several years.
Bubba Wallace’s first appearance will come on 12th May at the Darlington raceway and his second is scheduled to take place on 20th at North Wilkesboro Speedway. While Wallace would most probably be excited about making his comeback, the fans of the sport are also eagerly waiting as to how he would perform.
He has a wealth of experience when it comes to racing, and the fans just can’t wait in order to see him do his thing during a NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series race. While the fans of the Truck Series have come up with mixed reactions to Bubba Wallace’s Truck Series return, the Tricon Garage racing team is looking forward to having the services Wallace for Darlington and North Wilkesboro. A partner of the team, Jonny Grey, while talking to the media, said, “We’re thrilled to have Bubba in one of our trucks at Darlington and North Wilkesboro.”
“Having a Cup Series driver with his level of experience join us will only help elevate our program. We fully believe we will have multiple entries in contention for the win at both races and the No. 1 will be no exception.” The Tricon Garage racing team is banking on Wallace’s experience and has got full confidence in the racing skills to do a brilliant job for them.
However, despite all the hype around his return to the Truck Series competition, his recent form in the Cup Series hasn’t been satisfactory. So far, he has had a shaky 2023 season for the 23XI racing team, and it is going to be fascinating to see how he would perform in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series racing category.
