Bubba Wallace got married to Amanda Carter on 2023 New Year’s Eve.
Bubba Wallace and Amanda Carter
Bubba Wallace is one of the most renowned drivers in the cup garage. The 23XI Racing Toyota Camry driver has amassed a huge group of fans and critics alike with his on and off-track antics. Like his professional life, his personal life is often in the limelight. He married his longtime girlfriend Amanda Carter on the 2023 New Year’s Eve. The couple had their honeymoon at Bora Bora before Wallace got back to 23XI for pre-season preparations
Recently a tweet by a NASCAR fan went viral. She shared a surprising photo on sale that she came across in a thrift store in San Clemente, California. It was a framed wedding photo of Wallace and was on sale for just $4. It featured Amanda Carter, who was in her white gown made by Madam Burcu Couture, and Wallace in his dark red velvet tuxedo designed by Stitched by Mitch.
Fans went crazy, as no one knew how the wedding photo got there. The race car driver getting ready for the upcoming race at Talladega came across the photo and was surprised by the fans. He saw the funny side of it and replied to the fans who asked him, tweeting the photo in a white and pink-themed frame, “WHY is there a framed wedding photo of Bubba Wallace in this thrift store in San Clemente, CA?? I have so many questions,”.
“I’m sorry to whoever didn’t get invited to our wedding; $4 for that pic is way more harsh… $3.50 and you have a deal,” Wallace tweeted. The two times Cup race winner took the surprise, probably a bit shocking, as a joke. Probably it is a bit overpriced; after all, it’s a thrift store.

Here is how fans on social media reacted to the surprise
Fans like Bubba Wallace were quick to delve into the funny side of it. They used the opportunity to troll the driver as well. Some fans used insensitive comments about the driver and mocked him for the incident.
Wallace will be unfazed about the incident as he needs to get his head straight for the upcoming Cup race at Talladega. It’s a special track for him as that’s where he scored his maiden Cup win in 2021. Wallace scored an impressive top-10 finish last week at Martinsville. He broke the long streak of poor finishes, and going into a Superspeedway, where he always is a factor, will boost his confidence.
