The ARCA Menards Bush’s Beans 200 at Bristol Motor Speedway saw 16-year-old William Sawalich clinch both the race win and the ARCA East Series championship. Jesse Love initially led but faced challenges. However, the race took a dramatic turn when Hollywood’s Frankie Muniz and the Victoria’s Secret Model, Toni Breidinger were involved in a crash.
The pivotal moment of the race unfolded when, during a restart, Frankie Muniz found himself caught in a stack-up caused by William Sawalich missing a gear. Muniz, unable to avoid Toni Breidinger’s car in front, collided heavily with her. Breidinger’s car spun, and Muniz’s car sustained severe damage as it plowed into hers.
The crash was intense, with Muniz’s car catapulting off Breidinger’s and parts flying in all directions. Both cars were left heavily damaged, necessitating caution and reshaping the race dynamics. Both the spotlight celebrities had to wheel into their garages and while the Victoria Model had to return to the track, the “Malcolm in the Middle” actor had to retire from the race. Toni finished a lap down to the winner.
Aside from the dramatic crash, the race featured a series of lead changes, cautions, and intense battles. William Sawalich’s struggles with gear shifting added tension, while Jesse Love’s loose-handling car in the final laps challenged his dominance. The race break and multiple cautions contributed to the unpredictability, making Sawalich’s ultimate pass for the win all the more significant.
Fans absolutely gutted by Frankie Muniz’s horrible fortune
As the video emerged on the internet, devoted fans were left crestfallen witnessing the actor-turned-racer endure a relentless string of misfortunes. Despite commencing the season with remarkable promise, his trajectory took a precipitous nosedive, marked by a series of calamitous races in recent times.
Last week, at the Kansas Speedway, Frankie Muniz piloted his No. 30 Ford Mustang brilliantly into the top 10, only to fall victim to the capricious hand of fate when a catastrophic tire blowout brought his race to a calamitous conclusion. The ensuing, gut-wrenching collision not only left him visibly shaken but also shattered his cherished championship aspirations.
Surprisingly absent from the discourse was any mention of the Super Model’s ill-fated car or her race experience. Remarkably, she managed to make a triumphant return to the track and ultimately secured a respectable 12th-place finish, sparing her race from significant damage.
As the viral video spread across the web, fans were left heartbroken by the rollercoaster journey of the actor-turned-racer. Starting the season with promise, his fortunes took a sharp nosedive. Sawalich’s ARCA Menards title win will definitely put him on the map of higher classes of racing.
