NBA legend and one of the best players ever to set foot on the basketball court LeBron James has been among the most influential athletes in the world with his on and off-field appearances. One of the most vocal players in NBA history “King James” has amassed more fans and haters for his words on multiple social and political opinions.

LeBron James has now followed the path of Michael Jordon, who owns the 23X1 Racing team in the NASCAR Cup Series and is arguably the greatest ever to play in the NBA, as he has now entered the cup series sponsorship. The LeBron Family Foundation will sponsor No:17 Ford Mustang of RFK Racing driver Chris Buescher in FireKeepers Casino 400 at Michigan.

The LeBron Family Foundation has founded in 2004 as part of the veterans for his charitable efforts in his hometown Akron, Ohio. The foundation has been running multiple education and community services with the highlight being his I Promise schools that are aimed at in-risk youth of Akron and provide them with Highschool Education and free education at the University of Akron.
