“He was wasted,” Pop-star Gwen Stefani humiliates NASCAR legend Clint Bowyer during live race coverage

Clint Bowyer was one of the three primary pundits who were present in Fox sports coverage of LA Clash at the Colosseum. Co-host Mike Joy and NASCAR legend Tony Stewart joined him. The trio also hosted renowned celebrities who were either dignitaries or joined fans to witness the stick car racing spectacle.
Among the many stars present at the event was 53 years old pop star Gwen Stefani, The songwriter-singer turned actress is known for her songs with the band “No Doubt”. Her husband, Blake Shelton, is friends with Bowyer, and she shared an awkward story of their first meeting. Bowyer didn’t really enjoy the situation, as he was mocked on national television.
During the conversation, she pointed out that when they met the first time, Bowyer was too drunk and tried to redirect the conversation but failed. She also revealed that Bowyer is a fan of her music, and she was happy Bowyer listened to her music.
“…The first time I met him, he was wasted, right?” she stated while talking about carrying notepads. Bowyer tried to stop the singer by saying, “No. We’re still on the air, Gwen. We are on the air.”. She continued, “Yes, he was confessing to me that he was a fan,”. Bowyer again intervened, “This is a job for me. This is not play. I work for this,”. Stefani added, “I was just saying that that was a compliment for me that you actually listen to my music,”.

Gwen Stefani called Clint Bowyer a genius, but Tony Stewart didn’t think so
While talking about how she got to know about the sport and how she fell in love with it, Stefani prompted another awkward yet funny situation in the booth. She credited Bowyer for helping her know the sport and called him a genius.
“I honestly was very ignorant to this whole sport until I met this genius over here, Clint Bowyer. It is exciting, and it’s scary. And I wondered how you guys did this up here. You’re up here actually just hanging out, talking and observing, and just hanging out like friends,”
But his former rival and co-host took the opportunity to mock the semi0-retired driver once again. He said, “I think we’re caught off guard because that’s two things that we’ve never heard in the same sentence, and that’s Clint Bowyer and genius,”.
