NASCAR brought out whole new rules and regulations along with its Next-Gen car and these stringent norms and cars have not been going easy on the drivers and their crew members as there have been many issues this year with the new car and also NASCAR fumbling with their implementation of the rules.

One such incident happened before the iconic Coca-Cola 600 at Charlotte Motor Speedway, being the longest ever race in the sport will also require teams as well as the organization itself to ensure everyone’s safety and also to maintain the conduct of the events smoothly and hassle-free.

All the cars will be seen donning fallen Military Personnel as a sign of respect and gratitude for their selfless sacrifices ensuring the safety of their country on account of the Memorial Day Weekend under the organization’s initiation of NASCAR Salutes.

What exactly happened before the NASCAR Coca-Cola 600 Qualifier?

NASCAR always performs pre-race and post-race examinations of the cars to ensure the results stay true to every participant out there and they are also very transparent when it comes to their inspections which is really good for the sport but what also matters is a few other issues like wheels coming off the cars, and it still remains a mystery as to whose fault that is.

NASCAR took similar steps before the historic Coca-Cola 600 at the Charlotte Motor Speedway they have penalized two teams for failing scrutinization twice which later resulted in the discharging of the No.31 Kaulig Racing’s full-time Cup Series driver Justin Haley’s engineer Alexander Pelican and No.50 of The Money Team’s part-time Cup Series driver Kaz Grala’s engineer Tim Norman.

Justin Haley currently stands 23rd in the points table having five top 15s and his best finish being a P3 in the Goodyear 400 at Darlington Raceway and has managed to finish 3rd again in this year’s All-Star Open and will start at P20 in the highly anticipated Coca-Cola 600 whereas Kaz Grala will only be making his third Cup Series appearance this season with a P26 and P25 at the Daytona International Speedway and Circuit Of The Americas respectively.

With many teams and drivers facing multiple penalties, will we see any consolation in NASCAR’s punishments yet to come?
