NASCAR at the World Wide Technology Raceway

NASCAR will be heading to the state of Illinois to host its next round of Cup Series race and Truck Series race at the World Wide Technology Raceway whereas the Xfinity Series and ARCA Menards Series races will take place in Portland International Raceway in Oregon. The previous round of races hosted was at the Charlotte Motor Speedway where fans witnessed the longest ever Cup Series race in the history of the sport.

The 2022 Coca-Cola 600 at Charlotte Motor Speedway was the longest ever 600 miles race ran with numerous cautions and crashes while the winner Denny Hamlin of Joe Gibbs Racing himself got involved in one and merely escaped the final caution and took his No.11 Toyota Camry to the Victory Lane at Charlotte. This marked the first Coca-Cola 600 victory of his career in professional stock-car racing.

The organization is all set to host its first-ever Cup Series race at the World Wide Technology Raceway also known as Gateway in Illinois and fans from all of the United States of America and also many from Canada will come to witness the high-speed pack racing at the WWTR where IndyCar usually is ran. The Cup Series Practice race will kickstart the weekend at this track.
