NASCAR world reacts to Bubba Wallace ‘walking pressure stick’ comments

Bubbba Wallace has been encumbered with the constant examination of his demeanor both on and off the track. He has felt the walls being closing on him all his time in the limelight. Recently he has come out over the exasperated life he has endured during his time as being the only Black driver in the NASCAR circuit to make a name for himself.

He has found himself under scrutiny again and again. Wallace has made it clear that he won’t succumb to any pressure. He has survived a decade in the NASCAR industry and recently notched his first of the season.

Bubba is currently driving for Michael Jordan and Denny Hamlin’s team, said, “I know MJ is there. I got him his first win. I told Kurt that — I’m glad I got that before he came over and got that. We got that out of the way. So that is a lot of pressure gone.

“You would think he was actually a front running driver. Mid to backpack driver at best and being treated like a superstar. There are a lot better drivers not getting the attention this guy does,” another fan added on Twitter.

Wallace has been standing like a wall against all the judgment he has endured and his resolve has been palpable. “It doesn’t matter if I say the sky is blue. I’ll get some backlash for it,” Wallace added. “That’s just kind of the world we live in.“
