“Cook those frauds” – Fans go WILD as Nationals hilariously call out MLB for bias treatment on social media towards Shohei Ohtani and LA Dodgers
The Washington Nationals took a hilariously swipe at the MLB for bias treatment towards Shohei Ohtani and Los Angeles Dodgers.

On Monday, the Los Angeles Dodgers took on the Washington Nationals at the Nationals Park. The home side would poke some fun at the MLB social media team for bias treatment as they came out on top in this game.
In the game, the Nationals took a 2-0 leading in the bottom of the 2nd inning through some poor defensive plays from the Dodgers. The reigning World Series champions came back from that with a 2-run home run from Shohei Ohtani.
Just like every other league, the MLB posted the clip of Ohtani’s two-run shot. They would type everything in capitalization.

This was something that the Nationals did not like. They would hilariously chip back the league’s official account and asked them to show the highlight of Dylan Crews. The Nationals star hit an RBI double to open the scoring for his team.

Later in the match, the Nationals had a 2-run home run of their own as James Wood connected one to left center field. This time the league would announce this home run normally without any capitalization.

The Nationals social media team were quick to point this out. They would ask the league why no capitalization was used here, taking a shot over bias treatment on social media.

The 2019 World Series winner eventually went on win the game 6-4 and claimed their 4th win of the season. As for the Dodgers, this was their 3rd defeat in their last 4 games and went from having an 8-0 record to 9-3.
Social media reacts to Washington Nationals taking jab at MLB for bias coverage of LA Dodgers
Fans on social media have often taken jabs at the Los Angeles Dodgers for their spending. They have also pointed out this coverage point and urged that the league focused more on them and some other teams. So, as the Washington Nationals spoke about this, fans rallied behind them.

They would immediately support the Nationals and slam the league for this. Many credited them for standing up against this and raising their voice. Meanwhile, several fans wrote, “Cook those frauds” while taking a swipe at the MLB.

Last year, the MLB account once hilariously trolled the fans on social media. On an Instagram post, the MLB page shared another post of Ohtani and wrote, “admin just trying to hit our shohei quota before we sign off” in the caption.
Shohei Ohtani’s near-cycle unable to save LA Dodgers from losing 3rd game of the season
A few days ago, Shohei Ohtani was the star of the show as his walk-off home run helped the Los Angeles Dodgers sweep the Atlanta Braves and extend their record to 8-0. He was once again the offensive star for the team on Monday. However, this time he was unable to save the team from losing.

He started off with a single through an infield hit before launching a 2-run home run to tie the game. His third hit of the game was a triple as his shot bounced off the center field wall in the 5th inning. This turned out to be his 2nd 3-hit game this season.
In his next two at-bats, he struck out in the 8th inning and then drew a walk in the ninth inning. As a result of this, he went 3-for-4 with 1 home run and 2 RBI, falling one double shy of the cycle.

This season, Ohtani is once again batting with an average over .300. In the 12 games he has played, he is 14-for-45 with 4 home runs, 5 RBI, 1 double and 1 triple while hitting at .311 average. As for the Dodgers, they have now lost 3 of their last 4 games and have fallen to 3rd in the NL West standings.
