When Will Smith went onto slap Chris Rock on global television during the highly awaited Oscar night, fans all over the world were shocked to witness such outburst. On one hand, where critics bashed the Best Actor for this incident, Shaquille O’Neal decided to come in his support, regardless of all odds. 

While discussing the same incident on his podcast, Shaquille O’Neal had an interesting take on Will Smith slapping Chris Rock. The spoken off instance took place nearly two weeks ago, wherein Will Smith went onto the stage to slap the hell out of Chris Rock, after the latter comedian cracked a joke on Will’s wife Jada Pinkett Smith.

Recently, in the most recent episode of O’Neal’s podcast, “The Big Podcast with Shaq,” titled “The Big Accountability | Jamal Crawford,” Shaquille O’Neal spoke about what happened between the two famous actors.  

He stated, “If you talk to 10 men, four of the man gonna be like, ‘I’d do the same thing for my wife. I’m not worried about the consequences. That man disrespected my wife. I gotta do what I gotta do.” Then you know two of those guys would go, ‘Ah, I don’t know.’ Then you break the other four, that would say, ‘That was wrong you shouldn’t have done that.’”
