Except scoring a triple-double, an awesome dunks and a replication of his 2019 iconic chase down block LeBron James have made the fans bifurcates into two separate groups for an entirely different reason.
The LA Lakers welcomed the Orlando Magic at the Staples Centre (soon to be Crpto.com Arena) on Sunday Night. The Lakers obtained their 15th win of his season after defeating the Magic by 106-94. It wasn’t an absolute blast out win but anything works for a sinking ship. Wouldn’t it?
LeBron James scored a 30 pointer triple-double for the Lakers with 30 points, 11 rebounds, and 10 assists. Russell Westbrook also contributed 19 poits,7 rebounds and 5 assists. The good thing is that this is Lakers second consecutive win, and hopefully the keep it unlike blowing it up each time. But LeBron did give the fans a moment to laugh about.

LeBron James was seen in a much better state as he was see dunking, defending, scoring and that chase down block in the 2nd quarter just the entire staples stand their feet. Overall it is nice to see the former MVP coming back in his groove. Attention is something that comes as a by-product of LeBron James elite status in the league ad when he steals his opponent’s goggles that also make it to the headline.
With 3 minutes into 3rd quarter, the Lakers and the Magic were standing under the ring to collect the rebound. Lakers’ Dwight Howard and Magic’s Wendell Carter engage in a little tussle to get possession of the ball but he ball slipped through and went on to go outside.
At the last moment, Dwight tries to save the dying ball and goes on to throw it inside before it could touch the line but the ball directly hit Wendell’s face and his goggles fell out of their frame on the court. Now, LeBron James in a joking way picks them up and wears like those are his.
This has caused a division on Twitter because some think he is disrespecting and mocking Wendell and some believe it was done in a very harmless and joking way.
The Lakers condition this season wasn’t something that anyone anticipated as the roster is seeping with individual talents but who knew their individual tunes were so strong that it would disrupt the whole rhythm of the team.
But for the past couple of the fans have started hoping again. With LeBron, Russell and Horton Tucker scoring the Lakers have a depthless on the bench with players who can prove themselves as an asset on the court. They will compete against the Dallas Mavericks on Wednesday.
