Nikola Jokic and Kevin Durant
With Brooklyn Nets luckily having a deserved break on Monday, their marquee player Kevin Durant decided to tune in on the Philadelphia 76ers and Denver Nuggets game. Well with two frontrunners for the MVP, Joel Embiid and Nikola Jokic locking horns, it was indeed a must-watch battle. Moreover, both these marquee stars have been in great form in the recent weeks as well.
That being said, there was one particular play from the reigning MVP, Nikola Jokic, which caught the attention of Kevin Durant and the latter could not help but praise his companion for the same.

After grabbing the rebound, Jokic jumpstarted the fastbreak and then almost nonchalantly issued a no-look one-handed bounce pass to a streaking Jeff Green for the easy slam.
With Kevin Durant understanding how important Jokic’s play-making skills are for his team, he could not help but appreciate the reigning MVP with an epic meme.
While he’s not as prolific a playmaker as Jokic is, Durant has had his fair share of nifty dimes, so he knows a pretty one when he sees one. OR—and it is a big or—maybe KD just wants to witness the new team of his former Nets teammate who shall not be named get burned. It is also no secret that the two-time Finals MVP also has a running feud with Sixers star Joel Embiid.

Kevin Durant will be leading his side against an unpredictable Orlando Magic side in their next matchup. After dropping an insane 53-point performance against the Knicks, KD will surely be looking to step on the court, to give his team a chance to win consecutive games and seal a playoff berth. Currently sitting in one of the play-in berths, Durant knows, that he needs to throw the kitchen sink if his team is looking to book a top 6 finish in the Eastern Conference.
