Nikola Jokic has been the pillar of success for Denver Nuggets as they have been left short-handed with majority of marquee scorers on the side-lines. The reigning MVP has shown time and again what he is capable of and Kings vs Nuggets showdown is also going to embrace upon that as the Joker delivered a sensational no-look pass which deceived the entire Sacramento defense, making the home fans come to their feet.
Having already dominated Kings defense and offense with his raw strength, Nikola Jokic once again took the center stage with a highlight play in the second quarter. He has so far maintained a .500 record for the Nuggets, registering the seventh place in the Western Conference.
Talking about the Kings vs Nuggets showdown, Nikola Jokic has game-high 23 points (as of writing). With the Kings looking to make another comeback, Jokic is ensuring all within his reach to extend the lead. On the other hand, four out of the five starters for the home team have scored in double digits. Whereas the Kings, are being led by DeAaron Fox with 19 points.
