The LeBron James led Los Angeles Lakers have once again fallen short against an average team as the Portland Trailblazers edge past them at Moda Center. Portland Trailblazers entered the match with an average roster since they miss CJ McCollum, Damian Lillard, Normal Powell and Robert Covington. As they decide to initiate a rebuild around Damian Lillard. But still, the Blazers were successful in shutting down the star-padded and veteran roster of the Los Angeles Lakers. The final Box score of the game stands at 107-105.
In the closely contested head-to-head match-up of Lakers-Blazers, LeBron James got embarrassed and outplayed by Dennis Smith Jr during the clutch time and fans have that noted as they make bold statements like: “Can’t Blame this on Westbrook”. Russell Westbrook the veteran point guard of the team who so far the season was used as the scapegoat by the team and blamed for the losses missed the game but it didn’t change anything for the Los Angeles Lakers.

So maybe in some hours, we may find many L.A stars shipped across the league. After that embarrassing loss against the Blazers where the Lakers ran out of time even the fans want the best they can get.

Dennis Smith Jr was able to outplay LeBron James as he secured multiple steals and passes from King James and making the most out of it grabbed many points in the clutch time for the Blazers which eventually won them the game. Fans now are making sure that even this doesn’t get blamed on Russell Westbrook and the real problem of the veteran team with chemistry issues gets exposed.
