Devin Booker has been a phenomenal performer for the Phoenix Suns, managing to lead the scoring charts of the team alongside Chris Paul. Having the habit to lead from the front, Kendall Jenner’s boyfriend surely doesn’t like to be distracted during game-time and Toronto Raptors Mascot had to face the heat of it, when the 25-years-old marquee scorer saw him as a distraction in empty stands.

To those who are not aware, Toronto Raptors is the only team in the NBA 2021-22 Season who play their home games without any home crowd, due to the regulations imposed by the local government in accordance to Covid-19. Now with no personnel present in the stands, Devin Booker seems to have got distracted by the home Mascot.

The Toronto Raptors mascot, apparently called The Raptor decided to take matters in his own hand when Booker was on the free throw lien to decide the Suns vs Raptors game. He stood on the baseline and tried to mess with the 25-years-old, which might have even worked until Booker caught hold off him and informed the match officials to get rid of him.

With just over 6 seconds remaining on the clock, Devin Booker knocked the first free-throw to give the Suns 94-92 advantage. But then before taking the second shot, he decided to call out the Raptor and informed the referee to get him out of his sight. Eventually, the culprit had to take the walk of shame. 

However, Booker managed to maintain his cool to ensure that the away team record their 31st win of the season to secure the top spot in the Western Conference after beating Raptors 99-95. With the Golden State Warrior losing out against the in-form Memphis Grizzlies, the Suns have taken a 1-game win advantage against the same team. 

Having said that, with no home fans already Toronto raptors felt a little undone when their only support was sent to the side lines. But with the games being as close as this, there is no denying that even Devin Booker can get affected by constant distraction.
