“Great ones do it all”: Kyle Kuzma reveals biggest learnings from LeBron James

LeBron James and Kyle Kuzma have played along side for 2 seasons as teammates under the Los Angeles Lakers and even won a National Basketball Association’s championship in the 2020 Bubble season. Kyle Kuzma this offseason was traded as a part of a package to Washington Wizards in exchange of Russell Westbrook to the Los Angeles Lakers but still has a special relationship with the Lakers star LeBron James.
The Los Angeles Lakers are currently ranked as the 7th seed in the western conference of the league with the record of 20 wins and 19 losses and the Washington Wizards are currently ranked as the 7th seed in the eastern conference with the record of 19 wins and 18 losses. Kyle Kuzma is really a changed player with the Washington Wizards as he has improved his skillset and sense of game with the team as he maintains a good on court chemistry with other names like Bradley Beal and Spencer Dinwiddie which is something he never really pulled off during his time with Anthony Davis and LeBron James.

LeBron James is currently carrying the Los Angeles Lakers around the league as this season turning 37 years old and playing in his 19th season he is putting up MVP calibre performance while averaging 28.6 PPG, 7.4 RPG and 6.5 APG. The King has really lived up to the name society gave him even before he was drafted “The Chosen one”. LeBron James is also someone you can’t just limit as any other player or veteran the league has ever seen as he is best in doing what he does from going up in air to just giving out some basic advices and Kyle Kuzma has been one such player who has learnt a lot during his time alongside LeBron as he appreciates his greatness.

Kyle Kuzma organized a Question and Answers poll on his Twitter handle where fans asked him varied questions and he replied to some of them he felt a response should be given to. One such question he responded to was “Biggest thing you took from playing alongside Bron?”. To this Kyle replied with great honesty as he threw light on the fact of LeBron James being the best in every direction the game has and there’s a lot to learn if one wants to by just staying in his side and Kyle really has learnt a lot and improved.

This season after parting ways with Los Angeles Lakers and LeBron James while coming up as key player for Washington Wizards Kuzma has really improved in all aspects of game as he averages better than what he did in his career till now. Kyle Kuzma this season is averaging 14.5 points, 8.3 rebounds and 2.9 assists per game while he is also a improved defender who is good at rebounding and locking the opposition near the lines and all thanks to the experience he gained and things he learnt while playing alongside as LeBron James. Both the players are also good friends who have each other’s back on multiple occasions while also exchanging some shots and trolls on Twitter.
