Former NBA MVP Charles Barkley pokes at Lebron James by offering him the analyst job at “Inside the NBA” and inviting him to join the crew after explaining that he will be free during the playoffs of this season.
It’s already confirmed that LeBron James and Lakers Co. will not play the postseason games of the 2022 NBA season. For James, it will be the first time since 2005 that he will not appear for the matchup in the playoffs. It will be quite outlandish for the fans and world that the biggest basketball star and the face of the NBA will not feature during those games. Maybe, that’s the reason Charles Barkley couldn’t hold back from inviting LBJ to the show.

Charles Barkley pleas Lakers star LeBron James to appear on TNT’s ‘Inside the NBA’ for the postseason games
Recently on the latest episode of “Inside the NBA” the crew was reacting to LeBron James’ reaction on Patrick Beverley’s scoring table celebration and analyst Charles Barkley took a turn at James by taking a dig at him, he said, “He ain’t got nothing else to do!”
Barkley added, “LeBron, I’m begging you. Please, come on the show. We got nothing to do right now… Come on for two nights. LeBron, Chuck is begging you come on ‘Inside’ two nights. Ain’t like you got nothing do.”
Well, Barkley didn’t stop here he turned his face towards Camera for making a plea for LBJ’s services he wants during the playoffs. He said, “Since you’re going to have some free time once the playoffs start, I’ve got a seat for you, the first weekend of the playoffs, you can stay, we’ll put you up in a good hotel, we’ll get you a first-class ticket. We always bring players in for the playoffs. You’re not going to be busy during the playoffs, so I’m inviting you here.”
Meanwhile, when Barkley was making his request, he got a strong objection from Shaquille O’Neal who said, “Man, leave that man alone.” Moreover, when Barkley ended his statement Shaq instantly offered Lebron another offer where he said, “LeBron, you have my number, shoot me a text, I’ll send you my bank account number. If you want me to knock him (Charles Barkley) out for you, just let me know.”

Barkley’s intention was clear he was just trying to needle the four-time NBA champ for not qualifying for the playoffs. So, it’s sure that LBJ will not make his appearance on TNT but there is a chance that he might attend any other show during this whole two months of postseason games where he can freely take digs at Barkley that even he failed thrice in his career to qualify for the playoffs
