Stephen A. Smith has made his way back to the sporting world headlines. This time the reason isn’t his interesting takes. Instead, it is his and Molly Qerim’s dating rumor which has doing the rounds for years now. There have been several claims that suggest Smith is dating his co-host at ESPN’s “First Take,” Qerim. But none of those can be trusted and both the involved media personalities are yet to speak on it.

However, many even claim their alleged relationship to be the real reason behind Jalen Rose and Molly Qerim’s divorce. Now once again the rumor came alive when a parody account fooled people into believing that Stephen A. Smith is dating Molly Qerim. The account looks very similar to NBA Central’s page, but all the reports here are just fake.

This time clowning the fans, the page claimed that Smith and Qerim are dating while mentioning Jalen Rose as the source of this information. They even fake quoted Smith into saying:

Unfortunately, many fell for this fake report. But that’s not the case, and the only relationship Smith and Qerim share is professional, as they work together.

Jalen Rose in the past has even discussed this rumor and laughed them off. In his interview with GQ in 2022 he discussed those rumors and said:

In my personal relationship, it was laughable to me, to see [Molly Querim] and I mutually part ways, be in accord about why we’re parting ways, and still see people speculating on why.
Jalen Rose said

He went on to add:

Not only speculating—in particular saying it was because she and Stephen A. Smith had a relationship...  I would just say that for people who thought we parted ways because they have a relationship? Then I got some swampland in Detroit to sell you for top dollar. That is not why we split.

Who is Stephen A. Smith dating?

Many on the internet have paired Stephen A. Smith with Molly Qerim. But as said that’s all baseless and they aren’t dating. Smith keeps his personal life very lowkey. But he revealed in 2019 that he has two daughters aged 11 and 9. He didn’t reveal their mother. And, in the past, he was once engaged, but that relationship just didn’t work out.

As of now, 56-year-old Stephen A. Smith is single and hopes to get married one day. Recently talking about it on his podcast he quoted: 

I hope to walk down that aisle. I hope to be standing there on the altar and wait for my beautiful bride to come sauntering down the aisle. I want to see that.
Stephen A. Smith said

Fans, however, believe he is already married to his career and ESPN as one of the best hosts around. One can only hope he finds someone and things work out well for them.
