James Harden parted ways with the Brooklyn Nets around two weeks ago. As he forced a trade out of Brooklyn Nets to Philadelphia 76ers with hours remaining for the trade deadline to end. The rumors for him wanting to play with Joel Embiid were already out as he didn’t sign his extension with Brooklyn Nets. Now in multiple media interviews of his, he revealed how Philadelphia 76ers was always the place he wanted to go since he left Houston Rockets.

The past seasons since James Harden left Houston Rockets he wasn’t playing at the same level as a former MVP is supposed to. He also didn’t really maintain a proper shape necessary for basketball athletes to go coast to coast or even stay committed to the drills. The new star duo of Joel Embiid and James Harden at Philadelphia 76ers is already under pressure as they draw comparison with Kobe Bryant and Shaquille O’Neal as the best offensive backcourt.
