Jeanie Buss, the controlling owner and president of the Los Angeles Lakers, who haven’t had enough of losing and struggling all the time as the team added yet another loss to their already terrible record and have now lost to the New Orleans pelicans by a humongous 28-point margin, which is honestly embarrassing, but what is more embarrassing is the fact that the owner of the Los Angeles Lakers herself couldn’t gather the courage to stay a bit longer for the match to end, such was the terrible state of the Los Angeles Lakers by the 3rd quarter in their game against the Pelicans.
The Lakers struggled throughout the match and it was a rollercoaster full of lows and no highs as the Lakers weren’t able to get the lead against their rivals even once and were taking Ls after Ls throughout the match except for a few moments when certain players showed up and shook up the crowd for a short while after which everything came back to normal again and the Lakers got back to their job of struggling.
The players didn’t show a lot of enthusiasm in their effort to play this effort, and neither did their Owner Jeanie Buss show any effort in staying a bit longer to watch the tragedy unfold a bit more as the Lakers would go on to lose the match by a number which is bigger than the number of wins the Lakers have had this season. The entire team struggled throughout the game against the offense put up by the New Orleans Pelicans and also added their own sparkle to it with a bit of slack and lack of enthusiasm.

The players and now even the management seems to have given up on the team as the players in game seemed unenthusiastic about the game, didn’t put in a lot of efforts and even the owner refused to watch the Lakers and left midway through the third quarter when the Lakers were behind with 53-78 on the scoreboard. Buss seemed to have had enough of looking at the team struggling throughout the match and decided to just get up and leave, which wasn’t the most appropriate reaction according to the fans and therefore other options could’ve been explored, like closing her eyes and ears, as most of the Lakers’ fans do whenever their team plays.
The team which has already been struggling throughout the season added another terrible loss to their record books as the Lakers lost by 123-95, which is a 28-point margin, and are now seated at the 9th position in the Western Conference.
In an inadequate effort by the entire team, LeBron James led the way for the team with 32 points as he was followed by Russell Westbrook who scored 16 points and Carmelo Anthony who scored 13 points.
CJ McCollum led the way for the pelicans with 22 points to his name, followed by Brandon Ingram who scored 19 points in an overall effort which led to the team cruising past the Lakers in a comfortable win.
