Giannis Antetokounmpo is one of the front runners for this year’s NBA MVP and one of the top three for this year’s scoring title. His shooting percentage has increased as compared to his previous MVP season, currently shooting 42% this year, which is way above league average. As a result of which, Milwaukee Bucks are a clear title contender because of their marquee’s exploits on both sides of the floor.

He is averaging about 29.9 points, 11.6 rebounds, 5.8 assists, and 1.4 blocks per game while shooting 55.4 % from the field. He has also improved his three-point shooting and his free throw shooting and is constantly working on both of those. His defence has also been crazy this year, making him being in the consideration for the defensive player of the year award too.

The defending champions haven’t got the best of luck in the health department, with several of their players missing time due to injuries or the covid protocol. And now with key players returning, like center Brook Lopez, they have the chance to make another trip to the NBA finals and have another shot at the championship.
